Step 1

The letter is to be sent 7 months prior to the client’s birthday.

You can email or snail mail the letter. It creates urgency letting the client know that on their half birthday their life insurance rates will be higher. The letter offers a free life insurance coverage review.

Step 2

One week after the letter is sent a follow up phone call is made to the client to discuss reviewing their current coverage. This is the most important step in the process. Without this phone call, the campaign will not be successful. If agreed to by the client, the process is started to determine if they have the right amount and type (term versus permanent) of coverage.

Step 3

BIG will assist the advisor with the coverage review and provide any illustrations needed to help complete the sale.

Step 4

The advisor can use BIG’s technology to simplify the application and underwriting process. Electronic applications as well as accelerated underwriting processes are available so no in-person meetings are needed for healthier clients.
